Spring storm

Despite the exceptionally wet and cold weather this spring, today was a relatively successful attempt to beat the cloud cover and go shooting. After a three-and-a-half-hour drive past the towering concrete forests of Seattle and Tacoma, we arrived in Westport, a town that had not yet awakened to the arrival of spring and summer tourists. We waited in the car for a few minutes until the rain stopped, then we walked around the empty streets towards the Pacific and back.

Shot on Ilford Kentmere 200.
